It’s Sephora Holiday Bonus Event time! A few times a year Sephora has a Bonus Sale Event. Depending on your level of spending with them, depends on the discount amount and dates you can shop. I’m a Rouge Member, which means I spend an obscene amount there every year. {hangs head in shame} Every year I think I spend less and less but somehow still manage to get the coveted Rouge status. Which does come in handy to stock up on favorites and treat yourself to some new things now and then.

This time I’m sharing what’s in my cart. Most things I’m good with and don’t need to replenish my stash. And two items I just wanted to try. I’ll also share some new favorites that I think are worth the splurge when you can get them on sale.

Olaplex Shampoo: I had been holding off buying this until the sale because it’s pretty pricey. I had heard many rave about it but what really sold me is when my own hair Stylist said it’s what she’s been using and loving that I decided to try it.

Olaplex Conditioner: I also bought the conditioner even though I’m not sure it was worth it. I trade off so much with them but wanted to try it. I also recommend the No. 3 pre-shampoo treatment. I’ve used it in the past and it’s very nice.

Tarte Blush Set: This is a splurge item that I don’t need but wanted to try. I love blush and Tarte makes some really nice ones. You can’t beat the price of this 9 piece set.

Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette: Another splurge item that I didn’t need. I passed on this palette when it first came out earlier in the year. However, it’s been on my mind since and every time I see it I’m tempted to buy it. Perfect time with the sale.

Anastasia Brow Wiz: This is a staple in my makeup drawer. I use other products from time to time but always go back to this. I use the shade Taupe.

Beauty Blender Cleanser Pro: Another must-have for me. I love the original solid cleanser from BB but you get more product for the price and it lasts a lot longer with the Pro. I use it on makeup brushes and the Beauty Blender.

Shiseido Eyelash Curler: I’ve tried just about all the eyelash curlers out there and this one just works the best for my eye shape. I have one in my makeup drawer and my travel brush case. I’m just buying the refill pads this time.

I’m not going to flood you with a ton of products. If you want to see some of my go-to items, then check out the Beauty & Lifestyle Favorites Playlist on my YouTube channel. But, here are some things I’ve purchased lately that are worth the splurge when you can get them on sale.

Hourglass Translucent Powder: This is a recent purchase for me and I paid full price for it. A viewer recommended it to me when I was searching for a translucent setting powder that didn’t look dry. This is AMAZING! Perfect for aging skin. I can also use it under my eyes to set and it doesn’t crease. It does have a slight airbrushed/radiant finish but don’t let that scare you. It looks great in most lighting and I only notice more of a glow in harsh overhead lights.

Drunk Elephant Skincare: The Littles set is the best value if you’re wanting to try out the brand. My favorite product that I’ve repurchased several times is the Protini Moisturizer. I also use and love the Pekee Cleansing Bar. You can purchase the larger sizes individually or the smaller ones as a set.

YSL All Hours Foundation: I just repurchased a back up with the last Sephora Sale. I’m in shade B30. This foundation doesn’t settle into fine lines and lasts all day. If you need a little extra moisture like I sometimes do, I mix it with the It Cosmetics CC Cream (light) for the perfect foundation.

Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream: I got a sample of this a few years ago and instantly knew what all the hype was about. It’s a cult favorite for a reason. Moisturizes so well without being heavy or greasy under makeup. I’ve bought several and it lasts me about a year.

Lancer The Polish: I’ve also been using this for a few years now and can’t be without it. A little goes a long way so don’t let the price scare you off. I use this a few times a week when my skin is feeling a bit rough. It’s great for sensitive skin, which I have.

I could have listed a few dozen more products but didn’t want to totally overwhelm you with product links. Let me know what you’re picking up from the sale. And if you want to see what makeup and skincare I took with me on my recent Cruise Vacation, check out my new video going live Sunday on my channel.
